Order Process

Please choose the items you wish to purchase and add your personalisation. You can upload your logo and choose your logo position. There is also a text box in case you would just like to have text embroidery/print.

Once you have added your items to the cart and personalised them you can request a quote. This will send an email to the sales team at Elkssons Ltd. We will then check the order and ensure we can fulfil your items and personalisation.


If you are happy to go ahead with the order we will issue an online secure payment link to make the purchase and an invoice will be sent. We use stripe payments and PayPal as our secure online payments. You may also to choose to pay your invoice via BACS.

Logo Approval

We will require your logo file to be uploaded online or sent to us via email. Once recieved we will digitise your logo ready for embroidery. Your logo proof will then be sent to you via our customer service team. You may discuss with them any colour or design alterations that may be required. Once approved the production team will be given the go ahead to start your order.
