We aim to deliver non personalised products by two working days.
We aim to deliver personalised products within 10-12 working days. If you need your personalised product sooner we can offer an advanced delivery service which will be chargeable, the date will then be agreed between Elkssons LTD and the customer.
All of the above is dependent on stock availability.
Elkssons LTD use a variety of couriers and a tracking code will be supplied as soon as the products have been dispatched.
- Unwanted non personalised items can be retrurned, but would need to be in original packaging with the labels still attached.
- You must notify Elkssons LTD via email to arrange a return - email@example.com
- We will charge a restocking fee of 25% for unwanted items.
- If the item is faulty we will need to be notified within 48 hours of the item(s) being recieved.
- Faulty items cannot be returned after 30 days of the item being received.
- Unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of the item(s) being recieved.
- We do not offer a pickup service and it is your responsibility to arrange the delivery of damaged and unwanted goods.
We do not accept returns on any personalised products.
